When uploading your prescription, make sure it is accurate and updated. For senior citizens, persons with disability (PWD), national athletes and coaches, and diplomats, the prescription and required IDs uploaded should be under their name. A valid prescription must also have the patient’s full name, date the prescription was given, and the doctor’s name, PRC and PTR numbers, and signature. Depending on the prescription, the following information should also be present: a. Eyeglass lenses - grade, pupillary design, brand b. Contact lenses - power, base curve, diameter, brand c. Medicines - date (6 months to 1 year for maintenance meds and 1 week if for antibiotics) generic name/brand, quantity and dosage form
Your eyes may experience changes that can affect your eye grade. On an average, these changes can be significant after a year. It sometimes happens to pediatric patients between 6 to 12 months and to patients over 40 years old.
Prescription lenses require proper fitting in the frame, and proper fitting of the frame in the patient’s face. This enables your eye doctor to ensure optimum clarity of vision and your visual comfort. These steps can be done inside the clinic, where it is equipped with machines and proper tools for checkup.
We want to make sure you'll be satisfied with your purchase and that you'll have clear, comfortable vision. So after submitting your prescription, our optometrist will check it to see if the necessary details are valid and complete. Our optometrist will then email you the results. If the prescription is valid, the email will include a link to the payment tab. However, if the prescription is found to be invalid, the optometrist will email or text you the next steps you can take.
Our licensed and highly-trained optometrists and lens technicians take extra care in handling your prescription, and always aim to satisfy the grade requirement as indicated by your doctor. We also check if the informaton indicated in the prescription are complete for us to satisfy your request. In case we need more information, our optometrist will reach out to you through email, call or SMS.
Yes, we can. As long as it's current (released within the year) and has the necessary details we need, then we can proceed with processing your order. Just make sure to upload a valid prescription. If you lost your eyeglass/medicine prescription, you may let us know so our optometrist/pharmacist can reach out to you and assist you in getting one. For eyeglass prescriptions, you may fill out the Lens Prescription Form that will pop out when you click the "I need graded lenses " button. For medicine prescriptions, you may get in touch with us by messaging us via the Chatbox, emailing us at [email protected], or calling or texting us at 0917-822-6390.
Don't worry, we'll be here to assist you. Just fill out the Lens Prescription Form that will pop out when you click the "I need graded lenses" button in your chosen frame, and our optometrist will get back to you within 1 to 2 hours. Yes, graded lenses are different from lens upgrades. Graded lenses correct your vision so you can see clearly; while lens upgrades help extend the longevity of your lenses, but more importantly, they can enhance, protect and keep your vision comfortable.

But if you're reordering, already a contact lens user and has no problem with your current brand, you can order from our site by uploading a valid contact lens prescription.

Contact lenses have different materials, water content, size (diameter) and curvature. If these don't match your eyes, you may experience discomfort and result to certain eye conditions that may affect your vision.
When getting contact lenses, it's important to know which type will match your eye condition and provide you clear and comfortable vision. We offer the different types of contact lenses: - Soft Contact Lens: It’s popular among contact lens wearers because it’s more comfortable, easier to adapt, and offers a variety of options. Examples are daily wear contacts, extended wear contacts, toric contacts, colored contacts, cosmetic/decorative contacts. - Hard Contact Lens: It firmly holds the shape of the eyes, so it provides sharper vision. However, it may take longer for contact lens wearers to adjust to them. - Specialized Contact Lens: It may be worn to correct special vision problems or normalize vision of eyes with surface diseases. Examples of specialized lenses are keratoconic lenses, scleral, and Ortho-K lenses. - Ortho-K contact lenses: These specialized contact lenses are worn for at least 6 hours during sleep and removed upon waking up. These temporarily corrects vision that may last up to 24 hours, and may be used to reduce the progression of nearsigthedness or myopia.
You may also look for contact lenses according to when you need to replace them: - Dailies Contact Lenses: These can only be used once. These are thinner than reusable lenses, so you need to remove and throw them away at the end of the day. A new/fresh pair of contact lenses is then worn the following day. - Monthlies Contact Lenses: These are worn each day for 30 days (a month) before getting a new pair. You wear these when you’re awake, then remove and store them in contact lens solution before you sleep. - Customized Soft Contact Lenses: Also called Conventional Soft Contact Lenses are made of HEMA that can be used on a daily basis for a maximum of one (1) year or as prescribed by your eye doctor.

Yes, prescription eye medicines are available at the Asian Eye Shop! Just make sure to upload a valid prescription from your eye doctor upon checking out. If you dont have valid prescription, we can arrange one for you through our Teleconsultation Service or by scheduling a visit to one of our clinics. Our eye doctors can prescribe medications based on their assessment of your condition.
Similar to how we purchase medicine from physical stores or pharmacies, there are certain eye medicines that require a valid prescription from your eye doctor. A valid prescription helps us ensure that you can safely use the medicine to manage or treat your eye condition. After submission, our pharmacist will review your prescription and check if it has all the necessary details, and will give you feedback via email, SMS or call within 1-2 hours to confirm your order.
It is always important to listen to your body whenever you take any medication. Take note of any adverse experience and report them to your doctor. Then fill out the Report for Adverse Drug Reaction Form, which is included in the email that will be sent to you after your purchase. Our pharmacist will then get in touch with you to ask more details and help you report your experience to the medicine’s manufacturer.

Delivery fees may vary depending on the courier and your location. Cost of regular deliveries for areas within NCR ranges from Php129.00 to Php181.00, and Php278.00 for other areas in Luzon. Delivery fee in the Visayas and Mindanao areas costs P297.00. These rates may vary and are subject to change.
Ordered a bulky item? Regardless of the order amount, there's a special fee of Php 499.00 for items that weigh 8 kilograms or above in actual or dimensional weight. It will be indicated in the product details page if a product is considered a bulky item.

We can send you your order/s within 2 to 3 days if you're within NCR. For provincial deliveries, you may expect your order/s within 4 to 10 working days from the day you received the shipment notification.
Yes, we want to make sure you're updated about your order/s. You can check your orders by logging in and accessing My Orders under your Account Page. We will send you an email notifaction once your order has been shipped and delivered. In between, our logistics partner will get in touch with you via text message or when your product is in transit. You can also track your orders through the courier's app or system.
Don't worry! You can assign another person to receive your purchase, but he/she has to be ready with an authorization letter, a copy of your government-issued ID, and his/her valid ID. Upon delivery, he/she will sign in the driver's app and take a picture to confirm that the items have been received.

Yes, we do. If you are a senior citizen or a person with disability (PWD), you can avail of the 20% discount by uploading your SC/PWD ID on your profile page. This will be subject for a 1 to 2-working day team review. It’s also important to note that if you have both IDs, only one discount will be applied, whichever is more beneficial to you. VAT will still be exempted from the product price and delivery fee, regardless of which discount will be applied. Products that require prescription can only be discounted if the valid ID uploaded matches the identity indicated in the prescription.

EXCHANGE AND REFUNDS / RETURNS
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. That's why we make sure that your products are in good condition and also take a photo of them before they are sealed and handed over to our delivery partners. You can return or exchange your order, so make sure to report any deficiencies, tampering or any missing parts within 24 hours upon receipt of item by filling out the Return and Refund Online Form. Remember, the item has to be in its original packaging and unused, with all accessories. Our team will then review your request and provide feedback within 48 hours. To return an item, fill out and submit the Return and Refund Online Form within 24 hours upon receipt of item. Make sure that the item is in its original packaging with its accessories and official receipt. You may send it back within 5 (five) days upon receipt of the item, through your preferred courier. You may also bring it to Asian Eye Rockwell Makati clinic, Mondays thru Fridays, 10:00AM to 4:00PM. Note that the cost of the courier service will be paid for by the customer/patient.

Warranty services are only provided for frames and lenses and are based on the brand’s warranty coverage. However, these will be voided if damages are caused by the customer’s negligence or the product has been utilized for anything other than personal use, such as for commercial or business purposes.
Our medicines are sourced from exclusive distributors that are licensed by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). If there are any product defects (packaging, labeling etc) or product concerns (any allergic or adverse reaction/s), you may let us know by submitting the Report for Adverse Drug Reaction Form. Our pharmacist will then call to ask you more details and help you report your experience to the medicine’s manufacturer.
